Week 3
This week we focused our technology studies on WIKIs and Nings along with RSS feeds and Flickr. I really enjoyed using the bloglines site -- it is so convenient to have your blogs all on one site so you can easily navigate to them all and see which blogs are updated. It makes it so easy. I also liked the Flickr photo site -- it was so easy to upload pictures and organize them. I look forward to using these two websites more frequently. My students will especially love to look at the pictures of themselves on the Flickr site.

Crystal, I too found the Bloglines site very useful. At first I thought it a pain to collate all the news sites and blogs together into one blogroll but after the fact I find it great that all the sites are in one spot and I can see everything together and all the updates at once. I loved all the Flicker photos your group has posted so far, especialy the Route 66 ones from Kay. Weren't you amazed standing at the rim of the Grand Canyon? I was.
Yes, the Grand Canyon was amazing -- the weather wasn't the greatest when we were there so we didn't get to stay as long as we wanted but it was a great experience none the less. :-)
